Go Skateboarding Day | Nike SB

The roots of skateboarding’s inception are thick & heavy here in the City of Angels. On June 21st, kids & adults alike from all over the county heeded the call for celebration of “Go Skateboarding Day”, a holiday not only observed here in one of the skateboarding capitols of the world, but also around the rest of the globe.

Best trick contests, loud music & copious amounts of water consumption occupied the 100°+ de température. 

Skateboarders, skateboard enthusiasts & curious observers of all ages, backgrounds & lifestyles from far & wide showed face to either participate in the celebration or just catch a glimpse of the action.

Nike SB pros & skateboarding luminaries made appearances at the end of the session for a quick demo & photo ops with the public. Eric Koston, Paul Rodriguez, Guy Mariano, Nyjah Huston & Sean Malto all blessed the event with their presence.
