G Life : Malia

Malia est l'une de nos musiciennes émergentes préférées à Los Angeles.

Originally from Washington, she moved down to California in 2015 to pursue her dreams.

Her music is a good fusion of R&B, jazz and more, or as she describes it neo/alternative soul.

“When I’m not making music I enjoy all things in nature, nourishing my body through healthy eating and movement, and taking time to become more conscious & mindful of my thoughts and actions.”

She’s put out three EP’s since her arrival with more euphonies in the queue.

Nous sommes descendus à Long Beach pour assister à son spectacle avec Soulection sur le Queen Mary.

Malia, son guitariste Evan Mathews et son batteur Xavier McHugh ont enflammé la salle.

“J'aime le G Pen Gio because it’s convenient when I’m on the go, it’s nice to have a quick alternative.”

Ne manquez pas de découvrir sa catalogue. Her next LA show is September 27th at the Fonda Honda Theatre, we’ll see you there.
