To load your concentrates into the Nova LXE Tank, first remove the mouthpiece from the tank by gently pulling it upward. You can then use the stainless steel tool attached to the mouthpiece to scoop the material and insert it into the tank by simple reattaching the mouthpiece.
Direct access to the heating element can be made by unscrewing the connector counter-clockwise from the base of the atomizer.
