At GS Holistic LLC, we stand behind our Products and warranty our electronic components against manufacturer defects.

6-Month Limited Warranty, 1 Year with Registration

Program includes the G Pen Micro II Vaporizer™, G Pen Micro+ Vaporizer™, G Pen Dash II Vaporizer™ and G Pen Dash Vaporizer™. Register your device to add 6 more months of coverage, for a 1-year limited warranty. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these Products.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Program includes the G Pen Dash+ Vaporizer™, G Pen Hyer Vaporizer™ and G Pen Elite II Vaporizer™. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these Products.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Program includes the G Pen Roam Vaporizer™ and G Pen Connect Vaporizer™, and the earlier G Pen Elite Vaporizer™ and G Pen Pro Vaporizer™. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these Products.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Program includes the G Pen Hydout 510 Battery, G Pen 510 Original and G Pen Melt Hot Knife. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these Products.

Limited Warranty Terms

• Warranty requires a valid proof of purchase, showing the date and location of purchase. If the purchase was made from ca.gpen.com or gpen.com, your order number will be the proof of purchase.
• Register your device at ca.gpen.com/register to validate your purchase upon receipt to initiate your warranty.
• For warranty support, email us at help@gpen.com or complete our contact form. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days from one of our representatives who will verify your purchase and request evidence of the issue. Once verified, a representative will reach back to resolve your case. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
• Warranty service will require diagnosis and approval through video submissions at the discretion of GS Holistic LLC.
• If the Product is no longer available for sale and a replacement is deemed necessary, you will be given the option to replace the Product with a unit of equal value or credit toward a new Product.
• Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces, airflow strips, tanks or coils. Such consumable parts wear down with normal use and need to be replaced over time.
• Warranty is not applicable to physical damage.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage to charging cords or ports.
• Warranty does not cover natural degradation to battery life.
• Warranty is not applicable to glass unless damaged during delivery of the order.
• Warranty does not cover water damage.
• Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or any damage resulting from normal cleaning or misuse.
• Warranty is not applicable to counterfeit items. We caution consumers that G Pen goods purchased on sites such as eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Alibaba and Rakuten are often found to be counterfeit goods.
• Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or parts.
• Warranty is limited to locations where direct-to-consumer shipments are possible.
• Warranty is not applicable to merchandise. All merchandise sales are final.

Modification or change of any Product by consumer or any other party may void this limited warranty. Damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, improper use, unintended use, storage or transport is not covered. Damage due to exposure to the elements or chemicals is not covered.

Remedies

• Manufacturer’s obligations under this limited warranty are limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of the Products which are determined by Manufacturer to be in compliance with this limited warranty.
• Unauthorized shipment or shipment contrary to company’s instructions will void this limited warranty.
• The Company will solely determine final disposition of any warranty claim.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any legal warranty you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory, including the legal warranty of quality under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
