We at GS Holistic LLC hold this personal information seriously and we maintain this information in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell any information to any third party. We also maintain a secured website on all pages that require any personal information.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Like most websites, we use cookies and/or web beacons to enhance your experience, gather general visitor information, and track visits to our website. Please refer to the “Do we use cookies?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Visits counted without cookies: if you decline statistics cookies, we still count your visit for our own traffic totals, without placing a cookie or anything else on your device. Your visit is identified by a one-way code made from your IP address and browser type with a key that changes every day and is never kept, so the code cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. We keep only the pages viewed, the device type and the site that referred you, never your IP address.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers’ database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to facilitate future orders as some customers maintain ongoing, monthly purchasing transactions with our company.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Privacy rights for customers in Canada

G Pen Canada (ca.gpen.com) is operated by GS Holistic LLC. When you shop with us we collect the personal information needed to take and deliver your order and to support you afterwards: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order history, and the information you give us when you contact us, create an account, join our rewards program or subscribe to our emails. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors (Authorize.Net and Sezzle) and are never stored by us.

We handle this information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). We use it to process and ship your order, provide customer service and warranty support, run our loyalty program, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, with your consent, send you marketing emails and text messages. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.

To provide these services we share personal information with service providers who act on our behalf, including our fulfilment warehouse in Quebec, shipping carriers, payment processors, our email and SMS platform, our reviews and rewards providers, our customer-support platform and our web host. Some of these providers store or process information in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside Canada and outside Quebec and be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We require every provider to protect it in line with this policy. We do not sell personal information.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted where we no longer need it. Minors

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the legal age to buy vaping products in their province or territory. Our website, products and services are directed only to adults of legal age where they live (18 to 21 years old, depending on the province or territory).
