How do I load concentrates into the Connect?

To load your concentrates into the G Pen Connect, first remove the magnetic tank cap by gently pulling upward to reveal the tank underneath. Using the tool of your choice, place the concentrates directly onto the center of the ceramic heating element at the bottom of the tank. Once the tank is loaded, place the tank cap back onto the top of the tank.
