Lundi soir, nous avons eu le privil\u00e8ge d'assister \u00e0 l'ouverture en douceur de Woodley Proper<\/a>, the second official restaurant by two of our favorite Chefs,\u00a0Phillip Lee and\u00a0Margarita Kallas-Lee. Phillip is\u00a0best known as a personality on some of\u00a0TV’s biggest cooking competition shows, including Top Chef and Chopped.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/em>Nich\u00e9 \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re de l'Encino Space, au deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, The Woodley Proper<\/em>\u00a0se trouve \u00e0 quelques portes de l'autre restaurant de Lee,\u00a0Scratch Bar & Kitchen.\u00a0<\/em>They curated\u00a0a beautiful build out of the space, really executing\u00a0the bar and\u00a0lounge style aesthetic.<\/p>\n

Nos amis\u00a0Badwood<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0Food Assassins<\/a>\u00a0se sont joints \u00e0 nous pour l'ouverture.<\/p>\n

Ils ont commenc\u00e9 avec le cocktail “Valley Girl”, parfaitement de circonstance.<\/p>\n

We started with a “Woodley Proper”\u00a0and some “Honey Fried Stuffed Olives.”<\/p>\n

Followed by mouthwatering “Dry Aged Prime New York Strips” with a “Russian Style Tomato Salad.”<\/p>\n

The “Bone In Grilled Salmon” with pickled cucumbers on top of Artisan sourdough\u00a0toast with a Greek Yogurt spread was amplifying..<\/p>\n

But\u00a0the “Roasted Chicken Demi” with mashed potatoes and\u00a0roasted broccoli took the prize for most vehemently delectable flavors.<\/p>\n
