Il est aussi recommand\u00e9 de pr\u00e9chauffer votre premi\u00e8re charge (appuyez deux fois sur le bouton) afin d\u2019amorcer l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant, puis d\u2019appuyer de nouveau deux fois avant votre premi\u00e8re grande inhalation. Nous recommandons \u00e9galement de commencer au niveau BLEU avant de passer au VERT, puis au ROUGE. Assurez-vous toujours qu\u2019il y a des concentr\u00e9s sur ou autour de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant avant l\u2019activation.
